the SPH geography challenge held at NUS was so 'interesting'. the first section was 30 MCQs, which contained terms ive never seen before, and mentioned places in singapore i never knew exists. luckily im just the reserve, i didnt take part, i just sat at coffee club express sipping some mango tango while reading the papers
and actually, my alarm rang at 5.40am till 5.55am and it didnt wake me up. but i just happened to have a leg cramp at 6am -___-"
the pain didnt go off and its still here. after the geog thingy jaymie and i went skating. whee,! ive learnt the snowplow stop already. and i practiced it until i got a bad foot cramp (same right leg!). so i took a break.
when i thought the cramp was gone i moved my feet and it came back again. and this happened thrice. i overworked my feet.. haha. coz im anticipating our coach to teach us the hockey stop. coz he knew we were gonna go learn ice hockey skating from joseph, and never meant to learn figure skating, hes doing us this favor - he ll teach us ice hockey stuff instead of the jumps, But on figure skates.
its strange. we all know. but we really dont need to learn the jumps coz on hockey skates there aint no toe picks.
anyway, a batch of skates will arrive next week, so we ll go check it out. i dont care, im getting the CCM Vector 4.0 even though i dont totally like the way it looks. coz im planning to 'customize' it. by making it pink. heh.
and im still learning, so i figured that even though i will do better with good skates, an average skate will bring me somewhere, too. and wouldnt it be better to know someday, youve outgrown your newbie skates and need a better pair then debating whether to buy the nicer, newer pair coz your current one is expensive and you dont wanna put it aside either?
so we re crash saving! i ll starve for 3 weeks. =D

there are 2 things that drive me - the ultimate is to play ice hockey someday and the other is to get my revenge
i feel so maligned and angry. i was skating slowly and then this guy in pink uses the hockey stop to brake on my left. then he blabbered vulgarities (at me, obviously). i pretended i didnt hear anything and i dont know what was happening. am i that short that he cant see me? in fact, i skated so slowly i took a long time to cross that path. isnt it expected that he sees me? unless hes blind, or he just wanna show off his crappy shit.
i know, i know. so what if you can do the hockey stop? i hate it when those show-offs brake infront of you, spraying ice all over your face and mind you, it isnt only physically disturbing its mentally draining to those not-so-good skaters (like me.). they zip all around the place, weaving in and out of the crowd. then they bump into you and skate off like nothing has happened. bloody hell.
its not like fuji ice palace has so much place for them to speed skate. and whats on their minds? they just skate around in circles all day with No Aim At All. what are they skating for? to show off? sorry but maybe you should know the crowd isnt entertained when you make someone else fall or spray ice unto some stranger. its sadistic. they have no life, no ego and no self esteem thats why they do this. heh, the crowd look at your skates. thats y looks dont matter. but good looks are a bonus.
and that is why there are sadistic hockey skates owners around. they are so ugly (inside and outside) and i repeat, i REALLY HATE IT WHEN THEY BRAKE NEAR ME COZ ITS FUCKING RETARDED
i shall work on it. and ive set some rules for myself; i ll never use the hockey brake on some stranger. i will only use it against the barrier. or when jaymie s around.
sigh. i dont feel angry, just a lil upset...
fuji ice palace is a small rink. why cant they understand the rink does not belong to them, why are they so numskulled?!!!!!
